Casey Arthur committed the offense of fleeing/evading in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Deputies Joe Osborne and Mason Keefer with the Lawrence County Sheriffs Department with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest.
